3、投标人资格要求
投标人应具备的资格或业绩:要求制造商类似供货经验，通过ISO9001质量体系认证或同等质量体系的认证，具备良好的市场信誉、拥有完备的售后服务和技术支持能力。
投标人近三年内在全球范围有销售与本次投标设备相同型号的相同设备或者相同设备不同型号，但其各项主要技术指标要等同于或优于本次投标的设备，提供用户清单，作为投标文件的附件。
如果投标人按照合同提供的货物不是投标人自己制造的，投标人应得到货物制造商同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的正式授权书原件，授权书必须打印，不得手写。且代理商仅允许一级代理。
投标人必须于投标截止期前在中国国际招标网（http://www.chinabidding.com）上注册，注册成功后还必须通过网站的验证。否则，投标人将不能有效地进入招标程序，由此产生的后果将由投标人自己负责。

If the bidder in accordance with the contract to provide the goods is not of their own making, the bidder shall be the manufacturer agrees to provide the original of the goods of the formal authorization in the tender, letter of authorization shall be printed or handwritten.
The bidder must be before the deadline for submission of bids in the China International Bidding net (http://www.chinabidding.com) registration, after successful registration, must still pass the site verification.
